loverMC Webstore – Terms of Service

By purchasing any digital item, rank, key, or currency ("Services") from the CloverMC Webstore, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a transaction.

1. General Agreement

  • CloverMC is an independent Minecraft network and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their parent companies/subsidiaries.

2. Digital Goods & Virtual Items

  • All items purchased through the webstore are virtual, non-physical goods intended solely for use within the CloverMC Minecraft server.
  • Ranks, keys, clovers, and other perks hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for real currency or external goods.
  • CloverMC reserves the right to rebalance, rename, or adjust the perks of any rank, item, or key at any time for game balance or technical reasons.

3. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds & Chargebacks)

  • Due to the instant delivery nature of digital goods, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Initiating a payment dispute, unauthorized chargeback, or PayPal dispute will result in an immediate, automated, and permanent ban from the CloverMC Minecraft server, store, and affiliated platforms (such as Discord).
  • If you experience technical issues receiving your purchase, please contact our support team rather than opening a dispute.

4. Server Rules & Player Conduct

  • Purchasing ranks or items does not exempt you from following the CloverMC Server Rules.
  • If your account is banned, muted, or suspended for violating server rules, you will not receive a refund or transfer of purchased perks to another account.
  • CloverMC is not responsible for lost or damaged in-game items due to gameplay actions, account loss, or unauthorized access to your Minecraft account.

5. Delivery & Support

  • In-game items are typically delivered automatically within 5 to 15 minutes of purchase.
  • If your items fail to deliver after 30 minutes, please submit a support ticket via our official Discord with your transaction ID and Minecraft username.

6. Modifications to Terms

  • CloverMC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
